Choc Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients (for about 2 servings):

Enjoy these super healthy 3-ingredient ice-cream recipes. So easy to make, so yummy to eat and healthier than most shop-bout ice-cream!
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp Chocolate Milk

Simply blend the 3 ingredients up until the consistency is smooth and creamy. The texture should be similar to soft-serve ice cream.  If you like it a little harder, place in a dish or freezer safe tupperware and freeze for an hour or so.

Raspberry and Cream Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients (for about 2 servings):

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Blend until smooth and creamy.  Eat immediately or place in the freezer for a harder consistency. This flavour is creamy, delicious and refreshing!
